The MDRRMC-TUBO, headed by Honorable Guilbert P. Ballangan conducted Responders Training Course

The MDRRMC-TUBO, headed by Honorable Guilbert P. Ballangan conducted Responders Training Course, through the effort of the Facilitators coming from BFP-Abra headed by FO3 Emil Quemerista on February 13-15, 2018.

The Participants are Tubo Emergency Responders Team (TRT), PNP, LGU Employees and MHO.

 On February 15, 2018, the said Responders Training Course and with the participation of all Officials and Employees in the simultaneous Earth Quake Drill.
