MDRRMC Tubo headed by Hon. Guilbert P. Ballangan in partnership with Municipal Health Office headed by Dr. Jordan Dongga-as conducted Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support Training in Dilong National High School, Dilong, Tubo, Abra with an objective to equip the students with basic knowledge, skills and attitude to perform with confidence basic life support techniques to save lives.
