Awarding of Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) check amounting to 3.2M to the Municipality of Tubo under the leadership of Hon. Guilbert P. Ballangan last November 22, 2018. DILG ABRA Provincial Director Millicent B. Carino was well represented by Cluster Head Mo Cluster, LGOO V Sonny Trinidad and AdA IV Daryll Jane T. Paz.
